This policy explains what we collect when you order, why we need it, and who else sees it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

Only what is needed to make your piece and get it to you:

• Your name
• Your phone number, for delivery updates
• Your delivery address and PIN code
• Any colour preferences or notes you add to the order

We do not ask for your date of birth, your email address at checkout, or anything else we do not need.

Payment details never reach us

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, netbanking credentials and one-time passwords are entered inside Razorpay's own payment window and are never sent to this website. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus Razorpay's payment reference. Razorpay's handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This shop sets no cookies on your device and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Your basket exists only in the memory of the page you have open, and disappears when you close the tab. Razorpay may set its own cookies inside its payment window while you pay. A single cookie is used on the private admin area, and only the shop owner ever sees it.

Where your order is stored

Order details are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site and its database. Access is limited to the shop owner.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to take the payment.
• Our couriers (India Post and Delhivery) — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver.

We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, where we are not required by law to keep them.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
