Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Everything is made to order, so the total wait is the making time plus the delivery time.

Cost

A flat ₹80 per order, anywhere in India, however many pieces you buy. It is added at payment, not to the basket total.

Making time

Typically 3–12 days depending on the piece. Each product page shows the estimate for that piece — the small ones take a few days, the larger dragons and bags closer to two weeks. Custom orders are quoted individually. We send progress photos while we work.

Dispatch and delivery

Parcels go out by India Post and Delhivery, and we share the tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location; remote PIN codes can take longer. These are the couriers' estimates, not guarantees.

Your address

Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will resend it once you cover the return and resend postage.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. If you are elsewhere and want something, message us on Instagram and we will see what is possible.
