These terms apply to everything sold at this shop. By placing an order you agree to them. Green by Tina is a brand of Tomatrix Technologies (Proprietorship), the seller and merchant of record for every order placed here. The pieces are made in Kollam, Kerala, India.

Everything is made to order

Nothing here is sitting in a box waiting. Each piece is crocheted by hand after you order it, which is why we ask for your colour preferences. Typical making time is 3–12 days depending on the piece, and the estimate shown on each product page is the one that applies to it.

Handmade means small variations

Because every piece is worked by hand, yours will not be identical to the photograph. Size can vary by a centimetre or so, and yarn dye lots differ slightly between batches. These variations are part of handmade work and are not treated as defects. Genuine faults are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping of ₹80 is added at payment, anywhere in India.
• The order total is always recalculated on our server from the listed prices. If a price on your screen is out of date, the current listed price applies and we will tell you before taking payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials.
• An order is confirmed only once Razorpay reports the payment as successful.

Safety

Pieces made with plastic safety eyes contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. If a piece is for a baby or toddler, ask for the embroidered-eye version when you order and we will make it that way.

Custom orders

Custom and bulk pieces are quoted individually before any payment is taken. Once work has started on a custom piece it cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be resold to anyone else.

Photographs and designs

The photographs and product descriptions on this site are ours. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
